Health is not valued ’till sickness comes

What the heck is supplemental insurance?

We know, supplemental healthcare is one of those terms that sounds like it should mean something clearly and simply, but it doesn’t. Let’s clear it up. If you have a health insurance plan with either a high deductible or high out-of-pocket costs, there are going to be certain expenses that simply aren’t covered. In situations like that, you can either eat the costs and pay for them yourself, or you can opt to purchase supplemental insurance.

The good news is, there are a massive amount of supplemental medical insurance plans, and some of them can cover situations like:

Income Protection, Accident Protection, and Critical Illness.

Disability insurance, which helps you if you’re injured or get sick and lose the ability to work.

Travel health insurance, since the majority of healthcare plans don’t cover you for medical expenses incurred while you’re overseas.

The bad news? There are a massive amount of supplemental insurance plans, and it can be overwhelming to choose the right one. That is, unless you partner with the professionals at We’ll filter out all the unnecessary content and find a supplemental insurance policy that fits you.
